As you go through the image gallery below, you can see how each trailer is built, note the welded steel frame, the heavy duty hitch and watch as a bare frame turns into a Sunguard Trailer.

We start with a hardened steel frame and weld steel supports to build the cage for the trailer. Every weld is checked, nothing is left to chance. Supports are welded every 18 inches making sure Sunguard trailers are on the road for years to come.
